Uses of Benzalkonium Chloride

It dissociates into cationic active group in aqueous solution and offers cleaning and descaling, emulsification and solubilisation. It can be used as a levelling agent for cationic dyeing Chemicalbook materials, as a bactericidal and algaecide agent for industrial water, as a disinfectant and anti-mould agent for livestock pens, grain warehouses, sericulture rooms, and economic crops such as mushrooms and white fungus.
Production method of Benzalkonium Chloride
Put 213kg dimethyldodecylamine into the reaction kettle, warm up and start stirring, put 107kg benzyl chloride in batches below 40℃, heat up at 50℃ for 3~4h after reaction, cool down to about 80℃ and fill the material, and get the finished product.
