Flocculation is a basic process used to promote the aggregation of small particles in a liquid or solution to form larger clusters called flocs.
The process is usually achieved by the addition of specialized chemicals called flocculants, which promote clumping of particles and aid in particle collision and attachment. Flocculation is important in many industries and natural systems to separate solids from liquids and to purify water and other liquids.

Classification of Flocculants
1、Inorganic Flocculant
Inorganic flocculants mainly have two major categories: iron salt system and aluminum salt system, which can be divided into hydrochloric acid system and sulfuric acid system according to anionic composition, and can be divided into two major categories: low molecular weight system and high molecular weight system according to relative molecular weight.
2、Organic polymer Flocculant
Compared with inorganic polymer flocculants, organic polymer flocculants have less dosage, faster flocculation, less influence by coexisting salts, pH value and temperature of sewage, less amount of sludge generated, and save water. At present, organic polymer flocculants are mainly divided into two categories, namely, synthetic organic polymer flocculants and natural modified polymer flocculants.
3、Microbial Flocculant
Microbial flocculant is a new generation of flocculant with high efficiency, non-toxicity, no secondary pollution, self degradation and wide range of use.
4、Compound Flocculant
In recent years, researchers have found that composite flocculants show better effects than single flocculant when dealing with complex and stable dispersed systems such as wastewater. In terms of chemical composition, they can be broadly divided into two categories: inorganic/organic composite flocculants and microbial inorganic composite flocculants.

Application of Flocculants
Conventional enzyme production is mainly produced by hand, hand-sliced, hand-fermentation, the company every step of the process are used self-developed technology and equipment to automate production. Moreover, the conventional enzyme production have adopted a fermentation technology, enzyme often taste discomfort, sour and other issues, I produced using a variety of enzymes, probiotics composite grade fermentation technology, fermentation at different times with different strains, and two or three times through fermentation, enzymes such pure taste, streptozotocin balanced nutrients.
