The use of Sodium Acetate
1.Determination of lead, zinc, aluminum, iron, cobalt, antimony, nickel and tin. Complexation stabilizer. Auxiliary agent for acetylation, buffer, desiccant, mordant.
2.Used for the determination of lead, zinc, aluminum, iron, cobalt, antimony, nickel and tin. Used as esterification agent for organic synthesis, as well as photographic drugs, medicine, printing and dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent, meat preservation, pigment, tanning and many other aspects.
3.Used as buffer, flavoring agent, aroma enhancer and pH regulator. As a buffer for flavoring agents, can moderate the bad smell and prevent discoloration to improve the flavor when using 0.1% -0.3%.
