Ribbed Smoked Sheets 3 (RSS 3) are graded on the basis of visual quality assessment. The International Rubber Quality and Packaging Conference (IRQPC) specifies grade descriptions to determine acceptable grades for commercial use.
Ribbed Smoked Sheet has the advantages of cleanliness, good color, and freedom from bubbles and other defects visible to the naked eye. To produce RSS rubber, it is important to ensure purity. Clean water diluted latex must be available and cleaned during the molding of the rubber sheet.
