Product Information
Fine Chemical Aluminium Isopropoxide Pesticide Intermediates
Aluminum Isopropoxide is also known as isopropylaluminum oxide. White crystals or lumps or powder, with strong hygroscopicity. Decomposed to aluminum hydroxide in contact with water. Tetramer at room temperature. Produced by the action of metallic aluminum and isopropyl alcohol in the presence of catalyst, or the action of aluminum trichloride and sodium isopropyl alcohol. Used as reducing agent, strong dehydrating agent, used in reducing compounds and organic synthesis.
Aluminum alcohol salts are produced by the direct reaction of metallic aluminum with the corresponding alcohol in the presence of a catalyst. For the same metal, the longer and more branched the carbon chain of the alcohol with which it reacts, the slower the reaction rate. Comparing the reaction rate of aluminum with various alcohols, the reaction time of aluminum with butanol and above alcohols is longer, and the reaction with methanol and ethanol is hindered by the generation of solid substances coated on the surface of the aluminum sheet, which hinder the further reaction of the alcohols with aluminum. If another solvent is added to such reactions to dissolve the product and facilitate both reactions, it will complicate the process. The reaction products of aluminum with n-propanol and isopropanol, on the other hand, are liquid and the reaction proceeds faster and easier. Under the same conditions, the boiling point of aluminum isopropanol is the lowest among several aluminum alcohol salts, and it is easy to be purified by decompression distillation. Aluminum isopropanol is more advantageous than aluminum n-propanol, so it is more widely used. Aluminum isopropoxide (Al(OPri)3, short for Aluminum triisopropoxide), molecular formula C9H21AIO3, relative molecular weight 204.33. Aluminum isopropoxide was first mentioned by Alexandre Tysenko in a paper at the Russian Physical Chemistry Annual Meeting in 1898. It is a white solid at room temperature, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, isopropanol, benzene, toluene, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride and petroleum ether, and decomposes when it meets water.

Company information
The company's main import and export products include
(1)Petrochemicals:The chemical isolated or derived from petroleum or natural gas.Petrochemicals are everywhere and are integral to modern societies. They include plastics, fertilisers, packaging, clothing, digital devices, medical equipment, detergents, tires and many others. They are also found in many parts of the modern energy system, including solar panels, wind turbine blades, batteries, thermal insulation for buildings, and electric vehicle parts.
(2)Organic Raw Materials:It has a wide range of uses, which can be divided into three aspects: first, it is used as a raw material for the production of polymer chemical products, i.e., monomers for polymerisation reactions; second, it is used as a raw material for other organic chemical industries, including fine chemical products; and third, it is used as a solvent, refrigerant, antifreeze, and gas adsorbent. Basic organic chemical industry is the basis for the development of the production of various organic chemical products, is the main component of the modern industrial structure.
