Introduction of the product

Classification of Polyethylene
Polyethylene can be classified into high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) according to the method of polymerization, molecular weight and chain structure.
LDPE
Properties: tasteless, odorless, non-toxic, non-glossy surface, milky white waxy particles, density of about 0.920 g/cm3, melting point 108 ℃ ~ 126 ℃. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in hydrocarbons and so on. It is resistant to the erosion of most acids and alkalis, with small water absorption, and can still maintain softness at low temperature, with high electric insulation.
Production process: there are mainly two kinds of high-pressure tube method and kettle method. In order to reduce the reaction temperature and pressure, the tube method process is commonly used in low-temperature, high-activity initiator initiated polymerization system, with high-purity ethylene as the main raw material, propylene, propane, etc., as a density adjuster, the use of high-activity initiator at about 200 ° C to 330 ° C, 150-300 MPa conditions for polymerization reactions. Ethylene and low-pressure recycle gas are compressed to 25-30 MPa in the front turbocompressor, and then compressed to the reaction pressure (250-320 MPa) by the reciprocating ultra-high pressure compressor in the back section, and preheated to 150-200°C before being fed into the tubular reactor. In the tubular reactor, the polymerization reaction is carried out with air, oxygen or organic peroxide as initiator, and after cooling, the reaction products are pumped out, and the polymer and unreacted ethylene are separated in a high-pressure separator.
Uses: Mainly used as agricultural film, industrial packaging film, pharmaceutical and food packaging film, machinery parts, daily necessities, building materials, wire, cable insulation, coating and synthetic paper.
LLDPE
Properties: As the molecular structure of LLDPE and LDPE are obviously different, the performance is also different. Compared with LDPE, LLDPE has excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking and electrical insulation, higher heat resistance, impact resistance and puncture resistance. Production process: LLDPE resin is mainly produced using full density polyethylene plants, representative production process for Innovene process and UCC's Unipol process.
Uses: can be used for the production of film, daily necessities, pipe, wire and cable, etc..
HDPE
Properties: natural color, cylindrical or flat round particles, the particles are smooth and clean, the size of the particles in any direction should be 2~5 mm, no mechanical impurities, with thermoplasticity. Powder is white powder, qualified products are allowed to have a slight yellow color. Insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, but soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and halogenated hydrocarbons in prolonged contact, slightly soluble in toluene, amyl acetate at 70 ℃ or above. Oxidation occurs when heated in air and affected by sunlight. Resistant to the erosion of most acids and alkalis. Small water absorption, can still maintain flexibility at low temperatures, high electrical insulation.
Production process: two production processes: vapor phase method and slurry method.
Uses: It can be used in the production of film products, daily necessities and industrial use of various sizes of hollow containers, tubes, packaging calendering and ligature tape, ropes and cables, fishing nets and woven fibers, wires and cables and so on.
UHMWPE
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a generic term for polyethylene with a molecular weight of more than 1 million, which is mainly used in high-end fields such as plastic modification, pipes, high-strength plates and fibers. UHMWPE is polymerized from ethylene, and the production process is similar to that of

Polyethylene

Company information

The company's main import and export products include

(1)Organic Raw MaterialsIt has a wide range of uses, which can be divided into three aspects: first, it is used as a raw material for the production of polymer chemical products, i.e., monomers for polymerisation reactions; second, it is used as a raw material for other organic chemical industries, including fine chemical products; and third, it is used as a solvent, refrigerant, antifreeze, and gas adsorbent. Basic organic chemical industry is the basis for the development of the production of various organic chemical products, is the main component of the modern industrial structure.

(2) Petrochemicals:Petroleum products is a generic term for a variety of commodities that are produced directly from petroleum or a portion of petroleum.Petrochemical use petroleum as the basic raw material. The petroleum industry has always been dominated by the production of petrol, paraffin and Fuel Oil for industrial boilers. One of the refining methods, catalytic cracking, is the use of heat, pressure and catalysts to crack heavy oils into lighter oils, mainly gasoline. Another method of refining is polymerisation, which is the opposite of cracking: small molecules are synthesised into larger ones, and the lighter gases from refining are polymerised into petrol and other liquids.
