Product Usage:
This product is a new type of multi-functional rubber vulcanisation additives, used in the vulcanisation of NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM and other rubbers, which can decompose the active sulphur, promotion group and activation group by heat, so it can be used as vulcanising agent and has the function of accelerator at the same time. The product has long burning time, extremely safe processing, fast cross-linking reaction speed, high degree of vulcanisation, long flat vulcanisation time and excellent anti-vulcanisation restitution performance.
The general dosage of WL205E is 3.0-4.0 parts, which can replace the sulphur agent (sulphur powder, insoluble sulphur, various types of sulphur carriers, etc.) and sulphur accelerator in the sulphur sulphur vulcanisation system in common use at present. It has fast mixing and eating speed, good dispersibility, no spraying frost, and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of vulcanised rubber.
This product can be used in the manufacture of tyres, adhesive tapes and hoses, wires and cables, medical instruments and other Rubber Products.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Packed products should avoid direct sunlight.
Packing: 25kg paper-plastic composite bag lined with Polyethylene inner film or tonne bag.
