Product properties : It is off-white powder, non-toxic, odourless, with bitter taste. Soluble in acetone, ethanol, insoluble in benzene, gasoline, water. It is stable in storage.
Product Usage: This product is one of the non-polluting antioxidant species, similar to antioxidant MBZ in performance, used as Natural Rubber , styrene butadiene, butadiene rubber, Nitrile Rubber and other synthetic rubber, anti-heat aging effect is obvious, usually and amine, phenolic antioxidants and have a synergistic effect, to improve the performance of heat and oxygen aging, can be used for nitrile rubber. When used together with accelerator M, DM, it has the effect of inhibiting the accelerated aging of harmful metals. Usually used in transparent Rubber Products, light-coloured and bright-coloured rubber products. The effect on the vulcanisation characteristics of rubber mixing is significantly smaller than that of antioxidant MB, and it is usually not necessary to adjust the vulcanisation system due to the use of this product. It can be used as auxiliary sensitiser in natural rubber latex foaming products with uniform foam structure and better effect than MB.

Product expiry date: It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Packed products should be avoided from direct sunlight, valid for 2 years.
