Product Usage: It is the after-effect accelerator of Natural Rubber, maleic rubber, isoamyl rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and recycled rubber, especially suitable for carbon black rubber with strong alkali. It is safe at operating temperature, strong anti-scorch, fast vulcanisation, high tensile strength, and can increase the proportion of synthetic rubber. Low toxicity and high efficiency, it is an ideal substitute for NOBS, with excellent comprehensive performance, known as standard accelerator. Widely used in the production of radial tyres. It can be used with aldehyde amine, guanidine and colchicine accelerators, and constitutes a good vulcanisation system when used with anti-coking agent PVI. Mainly used in the manufacture of tyres, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes and cables.
