Product Properties: yellow powder (granule); density 1.37-1.40; odourless and tasteless; soluble in benzene, acetone, ethylene dichloride, carbon disulphide, toluene, slightly soluble in ethanol and ether, insoluble in gasoline and water; stable in storage.
Product Usage: This product is a super accelerator without discolouration and pollution, mainly used in Natural Rubber and synthetic rubber. The activity is about 10% lower than that of WILLING TMTD, and the vulcanised rubber elongation strength is also slightly lower. Vulcanisation critical temperature 121 ℃ after-effects than the disulfide thiuram and dithiocarbamate accelerators are large, anti-scorch performance is excellent. The dosage of sulphur yellow when using this product has a wide range. It can be used alone or with thiazoles, aldehydes and amines, guanidine and other accelerators, and is the active agent of thiazole accelerators. It has delayed vulcanisation effect in general-purpose (GN-A type) Butyl Rubber. When used with dithiocarbamate in latex, it can reduce the tendency of early vulcanisation of rubber. It cannot decompose active sulphur and cannot be used in sulphur-free compounding.

Storage: It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Packed products should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight, not overlapping stacking between pallets, overlapping stacking or temperature exceeding 35℃ will lead to abnormal compression of the product; validity period is 2 years.
