Dimethyldiphenylthiuram disulfide (DDTS) is an organosulfide. It is a colourless liquid with a peculiar irritating odour.

DDTS is a flammable liquid with a high density, a boiling point of 109°C and a melting point of -51°C. It is miscible with many organic solvents but insoluble in water. It is miscible with many organic solvents, but insoluble in water.DMDS has strong volatility and odour, which can be perceived by the human sense of smell even at low concentrations.
Product Specification

MPTD (DDTS) is suitable for Natural Rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, Isoprene Rubber, male rubber and Nitrile Rubber. It is mainly used as a second accelerator in conjunction with accelerators TMTD, TMTM or zinc dithiocarbamate to improve the processing safety of rubber materials. No pollution, no discolouration, easy to be dispersed in the rubber material, suitable for light-coloured and coloured products, short-time rapid vulcanisation moulding products, impregnated products and fabrics hanging glue.
Package: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, 25kg drum.
Storage: It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Packed products should be kept out of direct sunlight, valid for 2 years.
