Chemical Properties:Light yellow powder. Freely soluble in benzene, methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride, soluble in ethyl acetate, ethanol, acetone and gasoline, insoluble in water.
Uses:Used as after-effects accelerator of Natural Rubber,Butyl Rubber,butyl aniline,isoamyl rubber and so on. Good dispersion performance in rubber. Coking time in natural rubber compound is longer than accelerator DIBS, so operation safety is higher. Vulcanization speed at vulcanization temperature is similar to that of accelerator DIBS. Flatness of vulcanization is similar to that of accelerator CZ. The speed of mouldless steam curing of compounds containing this product is slightly faster than that of flat curing. It is suitable for high active reinforcing agent with a large amount of rubber, also suitable for polybutadiene rubber or recycled rubber-based rubber. Vulcanized rubber mechanical properties, especially the dynamic performance is better, elasticity and high tensile strength. Because of the bitter taste of vulcanized rubber, it is not suitable for the manufacture of Rubber Products in contact with food. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tapes, shock absorbing products and retreading tires tethered back rubber material. The general dosage is 0.5-1 part and about 2.5 parts of sulfur. The product is low toxicity.DCBS is a sulfonamide accelerator with excellent anti-scorch properties. It can be used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It is suitable for the manufacture of thick products such as tires, rubber belts and shockproof products. The products have good bonding properties with metals.
