Product Properties: off-white powder, soluble in toluene, methanol, slightly soluble in acetone, insoluble in gasoline and water. Specific gravity (20℃) 1.35~1.39/cm³.
Product Uses: It is a thiazole heterocyclic compound containing active sulfur atoms, which can produce cross-linking of halogen-containing Polymers, and is suitable for the vulcanization and cross-linking of chlorobutyl rubber and chloroprene rubber, especially as a highly efficient accelerator for chloroprene rubber. Compared with NA-22, this product maintains the good physical properties and aging resistance of NA-22 vulcanized chloroprene rubber, and at the same time, it improves the scorching performance of the rubber and the safety of operation, and also has faster vulcanization characteristics. It is easy to disperse in rubber, no pollution, no discoloration, usually used in the manufacture of cables, rubber cloth, rubber shoes, tires, colorful products.
Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag, or collection plastic woven bag.
Shelf life: It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Packed products should be kept out of direct sunlight, with an expiration date of 1 year.
