Product Properties: off-white or light yellow powder (granule), slightly bitter, non-toxic. Specific gravity 1.45-1.54, melting point above 170℃, soluble in chloroform, slightly soluble in benzene, ethanol and carbon tetrachloride at room temperature, insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate. Stable in storage.
Product Uses: Natural Rubber and many kinds of synthetic rubber accelerator, can produce flat and medium speed vulcanization, vulcanization temperature is higher, there is significant after-effects, will not be early vulcanization, safe operation, easy to disperse, no pollution, vulcanized rubber aging resistance. This product is used alone with slow vulcanization speed, usually used in conjunction with thiuram, dithiocarbamates, aldehyde amines, guanidine accelerators, it is an excellent anti-scorch agent for G-type neoprene. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, rubber cloth and other general industrial products. It can also play the role of plasticizer or delay agent in neoprene.

This product can be used as active agent in the vulcanization of unsaturated Polyurethane Rubber.

Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag, or container plastic woven bag.
Storage: It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Packed products should be kept out of direct sunlight, valid for 2 years.
