Introduction of the product

Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer, also known as polyester rubber (TPEE), is a class of linear block copolymers containing PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) polyester hard segments and aliphatic polyester or polyether soft segments, both the excellent elasticity of rubber and thermoplastic ease of processing, softness and hardness can be adjusted, the design of freedom.

Application of Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer
1、Antenna
Its excellent resistance to external environment, ozone resistance, ultraviolet resistance, weather resistance, can reduce the loss of signal reception, widely used in automotive antennas and cell phone antennas.
2、Engine intake pipe
TPEE is widely used in the production of this part. Blow molding can reduce the number of parts and the process of installation, so that the cost of parts is less than traditional rubber solutions.
3、Driveshaft dust cover
TPEE than neoprene in the dust cover application has the advantages of light weight, good weather resistance, recyclable and so on.
4、Airbag shell

5、Hydraulic tube
